Walk to Village Hippie: Boating on the Jacuípe River: Ride to the Tamar Project:

Biking: we have bikes which can be used by guests on tours in the city.

Walk to Village Hippie: by the beach or the road, the walk to the Village Hippie is one of the attractions of Arembepe. The path is flat and lush landscape. The community gathers around forty residents living in houses of mud and straw, as in the 1960s. The tour can include a bath at Capivara River.

Boating on the Jacuípe River: A Capela has a boat for eight persons that can take tourists strolling by Jacuípe River, located at the northern end of Arembepe. Sandy beaches, cold beer and a fresh fish provide a delicious and unique day where the river meets the sea.

Ride to the Tamar Project: one of the first units of the Tamar Project is in Arembepe, close to the Hippie Village. There are tanks with adults and baby turtles. Monitors explain the process of turtles’ protecting and breeding. In summer, is possible to follow the ritual of releasing the pups at sea.
